Email Pantri support with a short description of the issue, the device or browser you are using, and any relevant error message. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Frequently asked questions

How do I delete my account?

Sign in, open Profile, expand Advanced account actions, and choose Delete account permanently. This removes your Pantri account and saved data through the account-deletion process. If you have an active App Store subscription, cancel it separately through your Apple Account subscriptions.

How do I manage or cancel Pantri Plus?

On iPhone, subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open your Apple Account subscription settings to change or cancel renewal. In Pantri, open Profile to restore purchases or refresh subscription status.

Why did a recipe import fail?

Some recipe sites block automated imports, hide recipe text behind scripts, or use image formats that are difficult to process. Try the link again, import from photos, or add the recipe manually.

Can Pantri handle allergies and dietary requirements?

Pantri can help organise recipe information, but it does not replace your own checks. Always review ingredients, labels, allergens, cooking instructions, and suitability before cooking or serving food.

How do Friends & Family and household sharing work?

Shared areas are designed for trusted groups. People in a shared space may see recipes, comments, ratings, planner items, names, and related activity connected to that space.

How do I report a security or privacy concern?

Email support with a clear subject line and enough detail for us to investigate. Avoid sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

Subscriptions and refunds

App Store purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests are handled by Apple. Pantri can help you restore purchases or investigate whether your subscription status has synced correctly, but Apple controls App Store billing decisions and refund handling.

Response times

Pantri is currently a small product team. We aim to respond to genuine support requests as soon as reasonably possible, with urgent account, billing-access, privacy, and security issues prioritised.

Cookie choices

Pantri currently relies on essential cookies and browser storage to keep sign-in, security, household invites, and core recipe flows working. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are off unless you choose them.
