These terms explain the rules for using Pantri across web and mobile. They are written for a UK-based consumer app and should be reviewed by a qualified legal adviser before full public launch.

Pantri is provided by Pantri Limited. If you need help with these terms or your account, contact us through the support page.
Pantri helps you save recipes, import recipe content, organise household meal planning, maintain shopping lists, share recipes with trusted Friends & Family groups, and use optional AI-assisted recipe and planning features. You must use Pantri lawfully, respectfully, and only for personal or household purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity that happens through your account. You should use accurate account information and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You can delete your account from Profile. Some billing, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may need to be retained where law or legitimate operational needs require it.
You keep ownership of recipes, photos, comments, ratings, planner entries, and other content you add to Pantri. By adding content, you give Pantri permission to store, process, display, organise, analyse, and share it as needed to provide the features you choose. You must only upload or share content you have the right to use and must not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
Friends & Family and household features are designed for private, trusted collaboration. If you invite another person or join a shared space, relevant recipes, comments, ratings, planner details, names, and activity may be visible to members of that space. You are responsible for deciding what to share and who to share it with.
Pantri may use AI to help import recipes, analyse ingredient photos, suggest meal ideas, generate planning suggestions, and respond in Pantri Assistant. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You should review AI-generated content before relying on it, especially where allergies, dietary needs, food safety, costs, or health considerations matter.
Pantri is a planning and organisation tool, not medical, nutritional, allergy, or food-safety advice. You are responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, preparation instructions, cooking temperatures, expiry dates, and suitability for anyone who will eat the food.
Pantri Plus is an optional subscription that unlocks higher allowances or additional features. Prices, durations, renewals, free trials, refunds, cancellation, and store-managed billing are handled through the relevant app store or payment provider. On iOS, purchases and renewals are managed by Apple through your Apple Account. You can restore purchases in the app and manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple subscription settings.
You must not misuse Pantri, attempt to bypass limits or security controls, scrape or reverse engineer the service, overload our systems, upload malware, harass other users, infringe intellectual property rights, or use Pantri to generate or distribute harmful or unlawful content.
We aim to keep Pantri reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product improves, and some features may depend on third-party services such as Firebase, Stripe, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, or AI providers.
Pantri, including its name, branding, product design, software, and original materials, belongs to Pantri or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may not copy or reuse Pantri branding or software except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
Pantri is provided with reasonable care and skill, but it is not a substitute for your own judgement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of data caused by events outside our reasonable control, or decisions you make based on user-generated or AI-generated content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
You may stop using Pantri at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, misuse the service, create security risk, or where continued access would expose Pantri or other users to legal or operational harm.
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
